W. Jakarta Creates PPSU Performance Assessment Application

West Jakarta Administration creates electronic activity report application program as the follow up of residents complaint regarding decreased PPSU performance.

This application is also provided to give coaching for PPSU personnel

West Jakarta Administration's Governance Section Head, M. Riadi said, this application contains of complaint reports and PPSU performance which are done by each sub-district's monitoring team every month.

" This application is also provided to give coaching for PPSU personnel ," he said, Thursday (8/10).

PPSU Performance must Be Optimized

He explained, PPSU performance is assessed by five indicators. There are discipline, ethics, work safety, productivity, and cooperation. Currently, there are around 3,968 PPSU personnel in 56 urban villages in Jakarta.

"The benefit from this application is to maintain PPSU with good performance. But, urban village also needs to coach them thus their performance can be improved," he closed.
